Todd Wehr ASM Dip Hlth. Sci., BA(Psych), M(Couns) is the Executive Manager of the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS), Staff Support Services, known as “Priority One”. He manages this comprehensive Employee Assistance Program providing dedicated Trauma Counselling, Mental Health Education and a Peer Support Program specifically tailored to the needs of ambulance personnel working in the acute pre-hospital care environment. In this role he manages and supervises approximately 180 Peer Support Officers and 65 external Psychologists and Counsellors.

Todd is extensively involved in developing and delivering training to Peer Support Officers, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Dispatchers and QAS Managers. He is also a sessional lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology where he has lectured in stress, critical incident stress, disaster management, suicide, resilience and self-care.

In 2016 he received the National Ambulance Service Medal (ASM) for his work in supporting ambulance personnel and their families.
